You're a gangster and must take over the city, hindered by other gangsters obsessed with the same idea, as well as those annoying cops. Whoever gets 500 points wins. You can hire mercenaries but not control them. However, there are commands for configuring your mercenaries; you can view them by entering the game and pressing F9. To get into a car, get as close to it as possible and right-click. Killing a citizen, cop, or enemy earns you points.
