THE POLICE : You have to neutralize the killer(s) or keep the city for 20 minutes (do not let him/them kill much civilians). Recruit units, question witnesses, protect the bank and VIPs. Defuse bombs if there are some. Each player owns a police inspector. Use his abilities wisely. THE KILLERS : You have to kill a certain number of civilians. You can buy items, rob the bank, assassinate VIPs and plant bombs. Avoid contact with the police. You have a lot of useful abilities. Use them wisely to escape the police.

Mad killers with supernatural abilities try to kill poor civilians. The skilled and smart police inspectors have to find them and neutralize them. 2 killers vs 2 police inspectors.
