Kodo Tag

This is basically like archon tag from starcraft. Survive for 25 minutes. Fixed camping. You run away and build walls from being killed by the kodos. You can mine gold to build towers and units to kill the kodos. You can save people by walking to their flag in the middle. It takes 45 seconds for a kodo to respawn. More kodos will be added as time pass. Still in testing. Made it harder and reduced lag.
