Middle Earth Risk - Version 9.0
This is a modded version of Freid.Chickens maps, I made it more balanced removed heroes, nerfed imba units. It has been tested and is much more balanced the the 8.5 version. All the commands are still the same. Thanks to dododemolition for helping me test
