American Colonization 7.1

This version includes some fixes and small new additions. Natives: Build farms to increase your gold income. It is based on your food cap.You can attack trees with workers to remove them. European Nations: Build and upgrade settlements in the new world to increase your gold income. DO NOT FIGHT EACHOTHER EARLY, or the natives will become too powerful.
