Villagers can get jobs in the city, or work for a major faction. Drug Dealer should sell drugs to community. Mafia should try to scam villagers for "protection" money. Police should try to keep the peace and remove crime. Wizard teaches spells to other players. Indian Tribe own your land, sell property, and do as you wish. Villagers type - fantasymode before selecting a hero if you would like a fantasy hero. Don't forget to use your handy essentials book in your inventory!
