As the legend about the elemental powers tell that whoever brings peace to the three races, shall receive the element of power to use it and maintain that peace. Human Emperor Edmudson, called upon a meeting of the three races at the very hill those powers are kept, to make a peace beetwen the three races that have long been at war.
