Balance to ability damage 3. Fixed Meteor Strike killing trees at landing 4. Argus is now ranged 5. Buffed Prestige to 30 armor (up from 20) 6. Icehowl has a chance to drop mana regen items 7. Neutral Elites upgrade over time 8. Changes to Mexico and Spain entrances 9.
