This is kind of like a *light* version to hold people over until 4.0 is released. Almost all the custom files have been taken out so it will download much faster. There are a couple of new features in this that will be in 4.0 as well. The full version as of right now is 3.3, downloadable at maps.worldofwar.net and www.theforeverelites.net.
