After nearly killed during his second attempt to destroy the Lich King, Illidan retreated to Outland fully aware that Kil'jaeden will not be pleased by the results. Anticipating the Legion's retaliation, he wasted no time to fortify his temple's defenses and further his holdings over Outland. Though he and his allies were successful keeping Kil'jaiden and his legion at bay for sometime now. Illidan still grew anxious that one day he will incur Kil'jaiden's wrath.
