The Palace of the Tides once was the kingdom of Neptulon the Tidehunter. But long ago, it was overrun by the naga and kept as the prison of the Lord of Water. Following the orders of their dark masters, both of the naga and faceless forces here now are preparing their counter-offensive against Azeroth for they know that they cannot afford a second failure.
