Team Line Tower Wars v1.3

Build towers to defend urself. Summone creeps to increase ur income. Work together with ur teammate. If ur teammate leaves, u lose ur units as well. Based on a line tower wars map made by Xcarrez. Changes since 1.2: Added killing bounty. Added "-suicide" command to kill all of the player's creeps. Some minor adjustments.
