Warden: You are the leader of the prison, rule it how you want. Inmates: All of you are prisoners in this prison so act like it! Work for the warden, hang in the yard or library, there are corrupt guards you can buy things from so try that also, pay the warden to make for you Death Row Inmate: If you ever get let out of your cell (which you will) you can do just about anything just be sure not to attack the guards or Warden because you will be put in your cell for a LONG time.
