THE POLICE : You have to neutralize the killer or (do not let the killer kill much civilians). Recruit units, question witnesses, protect the bank, VIPs and the president. Each player owns a police inspector. Use his abilities wisely. THE KILLER : You have to kill a certain number of civilians. You can buy items, rob the bank, assassinate VIPs and the President. Avoid contact with the police. You have a lot of useful abilities. Use them wisely to escape the police.
Mad killer with supernatural abilities try to kill poor civilians. The skilled and smart police officers have to find them and neutralize them. A killer vs 4 police inspectors.
