Stromgarde Keep
The city of Stromgarde was founded as Strom, during The Troll Wars, then the home of the Arathi tribe of Humans living in what were later to be known as the Eastern Kingdoms. The city became their capital. Eventually, the Arathi Empire was splintered and Strom was no longer the center of the world. It was during this time that the leaders of the remaining Imperial Guard changed its name to Stromgarde. Stromgarde was the first kingdom to suffer from the New Arathorian Empire's wrath. Now with the backing from the Alliance of Lordaeron, they are determined seek vengeance against the ones who killed their king.
Stromgarde is a Human nation in the Arathi Highlands located on the site of the original capital of Arathor, Strom. The kingdom declined rapidly following the Third War, losing control of much of its territory and capital city.
