A: Some changes that didn't make it into 14.2 due to a fatal error in the editor; nerfs to Tichondrius among other changes. Minibase rally-points now work and their spawns are buffed. Fixed Terenas' Call to Arms rank 4-version so he can first achieve Champions from lvl 11, down from lvl 10 prior. Other fluff.
