Middle Earth Risk - Version 9.0

This is a modded version of Freid.Chickens maps, I made it more balanced removed heroes, nerfed imba units. It has been tested and is much more balanced the the 8.5 version. All the commands are still the same. Heroes can be trained only if the heroing mode is on... but you will be able to get a hero only if you are the first player who loose. Thanks to dododemolition for helping me test.
