Drug Lords Smuggle drugs and unload them at the city, but be careful of the D.E.A - D.E.A. - You protect the city from outsiders bringing drugs in. You can also build units to send out to attack and call raids. The D.E.A. President is the only one who can't leave the city. You start getting money after the first 5 mins. The amount you get increases over time. IF THE PRESIDENT DIES THEN YOU LOSE.
