After Lyanna got kidnapped by Rhaegar, Brandon and Rickon Stark are executed by Aerys the Mad for betrayal. Now he claim the head of Robert Baratheon and Eddard Stark but the North rebels against Targaryans! Aerys, to suppress the rebellion, call his bannermens against the rebels. Tyrell, Martell and some minors answers. Greyjoy, Frey and Lannister ignore the call and remain neutral. Here begin a new Game of Thrones.
